Expect weekly direct deposits and support coordinating with clients to ensure quality workmanship. You must have 3+ years of flooring experience, own tools, reliable transportation, and the ability to manage a crew to complete projects on time.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven experience in flooring installation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Workers’ compensation and general liability insurance.
• Reliable transportation (enclosed truck or van preferred).
• Own tools and equipment; capable of leading a crew and completing projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Install flooring according to your area(s) of expertise (hardwood, laminate, LVP, tile, carpet, etc.).
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and manage your crew.
• Communicate effectively with office and clients as needed.
• Follow site safety rules and specifications.
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Install flooring based on your area(s) of expertise: (We’re hiring for all types: hardwood, laminate, vinyl plank (LVP), tile, carpet, kitchen backsplash, etc. – but you don’t need to install every type.)
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and manage your crew
• Communicate effectively with our office and clients as needed
• Follow site safety, and specs
