Service Pros Installation Group, INC. is seeking experienced and dependable flooring installers on a 1099 basis to join our team. You will install hardwood, laminate, vinyl plank (LVP), tile, carpet, and more, leveraging your skills and equipment.

We provide steady projects, schedule the installs, handle logistics, and pay weekly via direct deposit. You keep ownership of your business while meeting client expectations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven experience in your flooring specialty.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Workers’ comp and general liability insurance.
• Reliable transportation (enclosed truck or van preferred).
• Your own tools and equipment.
• Ability to manage a crew and complete projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Install flooring based on your area(s) of expertise: hardwood, laminate, vinyl plank (LVP), tile, carpet, etc.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and manage your crew
• Communicate effectively with our office and clients as needed
• Follow site safety, and specs

• Install flooring based on your area(s) of expertise: (We’re hiring for all types: hardwood, laminate, vinyl plank (LVP), tile, carpet, kitchen backsplash, etc. – but you don’t need to install every type.)
