Service Pros Installation Group, INC. is seeking experienced flooring installers on a 1099 subcontractor basis. You’ll choose your projects and manage installations across hardwood, tile, LVP, carpet, and more, while we handle logistics and scheduling.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven flooring experience in your specialty.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Workers’ comp and general liability insurance.
• Reliable transportation with enclosed vehicle (preferred).
• Your own tools and equipment.
• Ability to manage a crew and complete projects on time.

Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced and dependable 1099- subcontractor flooring installers to join our team. Whether you specialize in hardwood, tile, LVP, carpet, or other flooring types — we have work available to match your skills.

What You’ll Do

• Install flooring based on your area(s) of expertise: (We’re hiring for all types: hardwood, laminate, vinyl plank (LVP), tile, carpet, kitchen backsplash, etc. – but you don’t need to install every type.)
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and manage your crew
• Communicate effectively with our office and clients as needed
• Follow site safety, and specs
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment
