Job summary

Tarkett is seeking a Field Service Representative to support customers across SoCal, Las Vegas and Texas. You will install, troubleshoot, and certify flooring products in the field, and provide hands-on training to customers and sales teams.

Travel will be extensive (50–75%), with reporting of findings and documentation within 48 hours. Knowledge of POWERBOND and broadloom installation is a plus; bilingual is a bonus but not required.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office and field reporting.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience with flooring installation, including POWERBOND, woven, and tufted broadloom.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in person, by phone, and by email.
• Troubleshoot field issues and perform inspections and evaluations.
• Travel 50%–75% with account executives to support customers.
