Ritsema Associates in Grandville, MI is seeking a skilled Flooring Foreman to act as on-site leader for specific construction projects. You will supervise staff, manage materials and equipment, and ensure all work meets project specs, timelines, and safety regulations.
This role requires hands-on leadership, daily huddles, coordinating with the superintendent and estimator, and delivering quality workmanship.

$25 – $35 per hour. Sign on bonus of $2000 included.
