United Rentals, Inc. in Orlando is seeking a Service Technician to support our Flooring and Facilities Solutions Division.

You will perform routine maintenance, conduct minor repairs, and demonstrate equipment to customers while upholding safety standards and quality service. We're looking for hands-on problem-solvers with a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Basic knowledge of electrical equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude including tools related to position.
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance checks on rental flooring equipment before and after use.
• Report machine condition to Management.
• Perform repairs of rental flooring equipment as needed, including checking electrical continuity, wiring faults and tagging of equipment for rental ready status.
• Demonstrate equipment for customers.
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
