Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Flooring Salesperson (Account Manager) to thrive in a competitive environment and build lasting customer relationships in the Greater New Orleans area.

The ideal candidate will have flooring or outside sales experience, strong customer management skills, and a proven ability to expand the business with professional follow-up. This in-office, full-time role operates Monday–Friday 8am–5pm; weekends are closed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
• Experience in flooring sales or outside sales is highly desirable.
• Customer service experience is important.
• Proven track record in business-to-business sales and customer management.
• Established connections within the local Greater New Orleans network is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Business Development: proactively seek new opportunities and grow the customer base.
• Product Knowledge and Promotion: stay updated on flooring products and present options to clients.
• Administrative Duties: maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
