COIT Cleaning and Restoration is seeking a Flooring & Air Quality Specialist to join a driven team. You will clean residential surfaces and gain cross-training in HVAC duct cleaning, expanding your skill set.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Comfortable climbing ladders to heights over 10 ft.
• Able to identify issues and provide solutions on the go.
• Physically able to move equipment and furniture as needed.
• Outside sales experience is a bonus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new services.
• Basic math skills for customer transactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service to all customers.
• Complete customer appointments on time and update the team on schedule.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of cleaning services and products to recommend options.
• Handle cleaning equipment safely from vehicle to home.
• Upsell additional services like fabric guard and upholstery cleaning.
• Drive company vehicles safely with a clean record.
• Keep daily route sheets and documentation organized.
