Job summary

COIT Cleaning and Restoration is seeking a Flooring & Air Quality Specialist to join our team. You will use specialized equipment to clean residential surfaces such as carpet, tile, wood, and upholstery, with cross-training in HVAC air duct cleaning to expand service offerings.

We value dependable drivers, physical fitness, quick learners, and problem solvers. The role offers growth through regular training and a supportive, professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Dependable drivers with a valid license and clean record.
• Comfortable climbing ladders to heights over 10ft.
• Able to identify issues and provide effective on-site solutions.
• Physically able to lift equipment around 100 lbs and move furniture.
• Willingness to learn quickly; training provided.
• Basic math skills for customer transactions.
• Outside sales experience is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers in residential settings.
• Follow schedule and keep the team updated on your availability.
• Master our cleaning services and products to provide expert recommendations.
• Use cleaning equipment safely from vehicle to home following safety guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

• Dependable Drivers: A valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Position Overview

In this role, you'll be responsible for using our specialized equipment and following our proven processes to clean a variety of surfaces in residential homes. These surfaces include but are not limited to carpet, tile, wood, natural stone, and upholstery. As part of our commitment to comprehensive service, you will also receive cross-training in HVAC air duct cleaning, allowing you to expand your skills and provide additional services to our customers.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide friendly, professional service to all customers, treating each home with respect and courtesy.
• Follow Your Schedule: Complete customer service appointments on time, keeping our internal team updated on your schedule.
• Master Our Products: Gain an in-depth knowledge of all cleaning services and products to provide expert recommendations.
• Use Equipment Safely: Confidently handle cleaning equipment from the vehicle to the customer's home, following all safety guidelines.
• Upsell Additional Services: Identify additional customer needs and recommend services like fabric guard, upholstery cleaning, and more.
• Drive Responsibly: Operate company vehicles safely and maintain a clean driving record.
• Keep Records Organized: Accurately complete daily route sheets and documentation.

Physical Demands:
