Job summary

Key Energy Services, LLC seeks Derrickhands in Williston, ND for a training and career progression program. Ideal candidates have experience on workover rigs, can rig up/down, and work safely in a fast-paced field environment.

The program includes paid training, strong safety emphasis, and opportunities to advance within drilling crews. Must have Class B CDL (preferred) and be able to work long hours, including holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in rig up and rig down operations on a workover rig.
• 1–2 years working in the rod basket or tubing board.
• Ability to pass a competency evaluation.
• Leadership skills within a crew.
• CDL Class B and knowledge to road a rig (bonus).
• Ability to work long hours and stretches of days, holidays.
• Pass a pre-employment WorkSTEPS physical, drug and alcohol screen.
• Criminal and motor vehicle background check acceptable.
• Proof of authorization to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
