Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Store Associate to support sales at Store #1222 in Columbus, OH. You will coordinate installation with independent contractors and ensure installations meet customer expectations, while assisting in scheduling and service delivery to wholesale floorcovering customers.

The role involves on-site interactions with customers and requires lifting up to 70 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store, servicing wholesale customers.
• Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing installation plans to meet sales and profit goals.
• Assist sales representatives in field measurements, cut sheets, seam diagrams, and product specs.
• Ensure customer orders are accurately measured and cut.
• Perform on-site inspections of installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain installer transactions and records in the store system.
• Identify installation training needs and arrange training as appropriate.
