Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a store-based associate to support sales for wholesale floorcovering customers in Columbus, OH. You will work at Store #1222 and coordinate installation through independent contractors to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Support the sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store servicing wholesale customers.
Assist the Branch Manager in identifying floorcovering installers.
Establish installation schedules and communicate assignments.
Perform on-site inspections of installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Review installer accounts and contact outside sources for information as needed.
Ensure installer transactions are properly handled through store systems and records.
Determine training needs for installation staff and coordinate training as appropriate.
