Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Sales/Installation Coordinator to support wholesale floorcovering customers in-store and coordinate installer networks. You’ll identify installers, schedule installations, and inspect work to ensure customer satisfaction from Store #2236 in Charlotte, NC.

Expect to manage deadlines, communicate clearly with contractors, and maintain accurate records while upholding safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours including evenings and weekends.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year in delivery, retail, or customer service.
• Experience selling floorcovering products.
• Experience operating floorcovering cutting equipment.
• Experience installing floorcovering.
• CRI Carpet and Vinyl Installation Certification preferred.
• Ability to read/write/communicate in more than one language, including Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store, servicing wholesale customers.
• Assist the Branch Manager in identifying floorcovering installers.
• Establish installation schedule and communicate assignments.
• Perform on-site inspections of installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review installer accounts and contact outside sources for information.
• Ensure installer transactions are handled properly through store systems.
