Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Lester, PA 19029-1826 is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and drive floorcovering product sales. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, coordinate installations, and manage inventory with attention to detail.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to work in the United States, and able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• At least 1 year in delivery/retail/customer service.
• Experience selling floorcovering products.
• Experience operating floorcovering cutting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting floorcovering products.
• Build productive relationships with wholesale customers.
• Refer potential wholesale leads to sales reps and store staff.
• Process orders and coordinate installations with installers and customers.
• Check installers' orders for accuracy before material leaves store.
• Process sales transactions per policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain precise work order files.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss options.
