Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work all scheduled hours with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams: at least a "meets expectations" rating on recent appraisal.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams: completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate floorcovering products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale customers.
• Refer potential wholesale leads to sales reps and store staff.
• Process orders and coordinate installations with installers and customers.
• Check installers' orders for accuracy before material leaves the store.
• Process sales transactions per policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain precise work order files.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
