• One year of custodial work experience.

• Ability to learn to use specialized departmental equipment including scrubbers and buffers.
• Effective written communication skills using appropriate business English.
• Computer literacy to use business software and the Internet, and enter/retrieve data.
• Human relations skills to build effective working relationships.
• Demonstrated customer service, problem solving and common sense skills.
• Ability to maneuver in and around the worksite, stand and walk, bend, kneel, reach, stoop, lift, push/pull, grasp objects, and climb ladders or step stools.
• Valid Driver's License may be required depending on local, state, and/or contract requirements.
