Job summary

Verde Clean is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain floors across our spaces, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and eco-friendly standards. The role includes cleaning, maintenance, and safe chemical handling.

You will work Fri-Sun, 6pm–6:30am in Troy, MO, earning $20/hour. We value detail-oriented team players who can operate buffers, scrubbers, and polishers and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior floor cleaning and maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate floor-care equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Knowledge of various flooring materials and their cleaning requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, and polish floors across spaces.
• Operate and maintain buffers, scrubbers, and polishers; report issues.
• Assist with spot cleaning, stain removal, and minor floor repairs.
• Follow detailed protocols for tiles, carpets, wood, and other surfaces.
• Use approved chemicals and procedures; follow safety standards and handle hazardous materials properly.

What You’ll Do

As a Floor Technician, you’ll keep floors clean and safe across a variety of spaces, ensuring they remain in optimal condition.

• Floor Cleaning & Maintenance: Sweep, mop, buff, and polish floors.
• Floor Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain buffers, scrubbers, and polishers; report any issues.
• Restoration & Repair: Assist with spot cleaning, stain removal, and minor floor repairs.
• High‑Quality Standards: Follow detailed protocols for tiles, carpets, wood, and other surfaces.
• Safety & Compliance: Use appropriate chemicals and procedures, adhere to safety standards, and handle hazardous materials properly.
