Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience preferred
• Knowledge of floor care equipment
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Requires lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning including shampooing and extracting
• Carry out maintenance and restorative processes for all floor types
• Other duties as assigned by manager
