Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain hard surface floors, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, stripping and waxing. You will ensure a safe, clean, professional environment for our clients across sites.

Responsibilities include operating floor care equipment, reporting hazards, and maintaining tools. The role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently, and the stamina to stand and lift up to 50 pounds daily.

Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience is required.
• Experience operating floor equipment such as buffers, burnishers, and scrubbers.
• Knowledge of stripping and waxing floors.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

1st: 7am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday

2nd: 3:30pm - 12am Monday through Friday

3rd: 11pm - 7:30am Monday through Friday
