Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Floor Technician for full-time work at College Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Floor Technician – Full Time
Location: College Medical Center Phoenix, 1800 East Van Buren Street, Phoenix, AZ 85006
Schedule: Full time, hours and days may vary. Further details upon interview.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and apply proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate and maintain various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Apply proper carpet and upholstery cleaning procedures, including shampooing, damp surface rinsing, extraction, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Execute other duties assigned by the manager.
