Coreworks is hiring immediately for a full-time FLOOR TECHNICIAN position.

+ Location: Redstone - 6 Garden Center Drive, Greensburg, PA 15601

+ Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, hours may vary. Must be able to work days, evenings, and occasional weekends. More details upon interview.

+ Requirement: Floor Tech experience preferred but not necessary.

+ Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: The Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operating industrial floor care equipment.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain knowledge of principles of hard-surface floor maintenance and use proper procedures including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning including shampooing, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
