Job summary

Gordon Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated housekeeping associate in a nonprofit, mission-driven environment that values recognition and rewards for your daily contributions.

Starting pay is $14.70/hour with weekly pay, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with match, and a referral bonus program. You will maintain a clean environment, support patient care areas, and uphold the facility's high standards.

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Dust, sweep, mop, buff, strip, and wax floors as scheduled by supervisor.
• Clean and store equipment at the end of each shift.
• Report any needed repairs.
• Assist in proper care and use of housekeeping equipment.
• Promote the image of the System with servant leadership and open communication.
• Contribute to committees, workgroups, and project management within the System.
• Perform other duties to ensure success of the System.
