Our headquarters are at 151 Dixon Avenue, Amityville, NY. We are seeking a role focused on training janitorial teams, replacing technicians as needed, coordinating supplies, and providing on-call coverage

Qualificações

• Experience with Commercial cleaning industry a plus.
• Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
• Detail oriented and strong communication skills.
• Results oriented: the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moments notice.

Responsabilidades

• Train employees — Janitorial and administrative tasks.
• Replace Custodial Technicians or cover accounts.
• Submit and deliver supplies as needed.
• On-Call for emergency situations/calls — evenings and weekends.
• Screening for new Custodial Technicians.
• Work with Managers to schedule staff and ensure coverage.
• Manage employee callouts.
• Corresponding with Custodial Technicians.
• Report accidents/injury.
• Address and resolve any employee performance issues — Identify and retrain as seen or directed.

Key Requirements

• Valid Driver's License - Company Car will be assigned.

Other Job Duties

• All other tasks as assigned by management.
