Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related floor care experience preferred.
• Skilled in floor scrubbing, stripping, refinishing, and carpet care.
• Ability to read and follow chemical and equipment instructions.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care services such as stripping, waxing, scrubbing, polishing, burnishing, buffing, carpet extraction, bonneting, and stain removal
• Assess floor condition and choose the right tools, pads, products, and cleaning methods
• Follow chemical instructions, dilution guidance, and safety requirements
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report repair or replacement needs
• Support general cleaning work when needed
• Set up and break down equipment safely
• Communicate job progress, delays, or issues to the appropriate lead, supervisor, or manager
• Help maintain neat, safe work areas during and after service
