Qualifications

• Background check required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Floor Tech or similar role.
• Knowledge of floor types and proper cleaning methods.
• Familiarity with floor care equipment such as buffers and polishers.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floors including carpet, tile, hardwood, and laminate.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly.
• Strip, wax, and polish floors with appropriate products.
• Remove stains, spills, and debris from floors.
• Inspect and report damages or repairs to floors.
• Follow safety and sanitary guidelines.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist with other cleaning tasks as needed.
