Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Floor Technician to perform day-to-day environmental services tasks at Mill Pond Health Campus in Greencastle, IN. The role includes floor care, carpet cleaning, wall and ceiling cleaning, and adherence to safety guidelines within a long-term care facility.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED/HSE (preferred) and 1–3 years of relevant experience (preferred). This on-site role offers competitive benefits as part of Trilogy's Thrive program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Cleaning floors to include sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etc.
• Ensuring that proper safety signs are set up prior to performing floor cleaning activities
• Clean carpets, to include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.
• Clean walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing, etc.
