Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Floor Technician to support the Environmental Services team at the New Albany Smiths Mill Health Campus in Ohio. The role focuses on daily floor care, carpet cleaning, and maintaining clean walls and ceilings in a healthcare setting.

The position requires attention to safety, basic education foundations, and preferred experience of 1–3 years. This on-site role offers comprehensive Thrive benefits and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning floors to include sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etc.
• Ensuring that proper safety signs are set up prior to performing floor cleaning activities
• Clean carpets, to include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.
• Clean walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing, etc.
