Total Cleaning in Fort Lauderdale, FL is looking for a Floor Technician to join our team. This entry‑level role includes hands‑on training in floor care, waxing, stripping, and maintenance across commercial spaces while emphasizing safety and reliability.

• Minimum 1 year of floor technician experience.
• Flexible availability (days, weekends, on call).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and meticulous.
• Must pass a Background Check.
• Must pass Drug Test.

Responsibilities

• Experience in waxing and stripping floors.

Job Skills / Requirements

START IMMEDIATELY – Floor Technician with Janitorial Experience.

This position requires Night Shifts with a flexible schedule, including some weekends, varying shift times, and occasional long hours. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of Floor Care. This role offers hands‑on training and exposure to multiple floor care methods and systems, making it an excellent entry point into a long‑term career as a professional floor technician.

START IMMEDIATELY – Schedule and Location: Fort Lauderdale‑

Three (3) weeks per month from 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM (warehouse‑based).

One (1) week per month (urgent care): 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (warehouse‑based).

Occasional open schedule shifts on weekends (Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM), depending on business needs.

Physical Requirements

• Must be in good physical condition and able to comfortably perform extended periods of walking, standing, bending, stooping, and lifting.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move 25 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Capable of working on your feet for long periods and performing repetitive physical tasks.
