Job summary

SOLID Surface Care, Inc. is hiring a Floor Technician to care for surfaces across commercial spaces, including carpet, tile, vinyl, stone and hardwood. This full-time role offers 2nd and 3rd shift options, paid training, and a chance to join a team that delivers top-tier floor and surface maintenance.

You will follow safety protocols, work with colleagues, and may travel up to 10% to client sites. A valid driver's license, reliable transport, and 3–5 years of floor tech experience are required;

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a floor technician.
• Punctual, team-oriented and dependable.
• Comfortable with physical work (walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shifts and follow instructions.
• A clean background is required for most client sites.

Responsibilities

• Care for surfaces like carpet, tile, vinyl, stone and hardwood.
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards.
• Work as part of a team and travel up to 10% to client sites.
