Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Floor Technician to perform day-to-day Environmental Services tasks in our facility in Waunakee, Wisconsin. The role involves cleaning floors, carpets, walls, and ceilings, with attention to safety and cleanliness in line with standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of relevant experience. This on-site role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors to include sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting.
• Ensure proper safety signs are set up prior to cleaning activities.
• Clean carpets including vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.
• Clean walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Floor Technician is primarily responsible to perform the day-to-day activities of the Environmental Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning floors to include, sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etc.
• Ensuring that proper safety signs are set up prior to performing floor cleaning activities
• Clean carpets, to include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.
• Clean walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing, etc.
