Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Genoa, OH, is seeking a Floor Technician to support the Environmental Services Department by performing day-to-day floor care in compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

You will handle sweeping, mopping, carpet care, walls and ceilings cleaning, and ensure safety signs are posted before work. 1-3 years experience preferred; high school diploma or GED preferred. This role offers weekly pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning floors to include sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etc.
• Ensuring that proper safety signs are set up prior to performing floor cleaning activities
• Clean carpets, to include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.
• Clean walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing, etc.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Floor Technician is primarily responsible to perform the day-to-day activities of the Environmental Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning floors to include, sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etc.

• Clean carpets, to include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.
