Responsibilities

• Clean offices, hallways, common areas and other areas as assigned.
• Move furniture before and after cleaning.
• Clean, dust, mop, strip and wax floors.
• Clean or shampoo carpets.
• Pressure wash exterior areas.
• Label floor chemicals correctly.
• Maintain and store equipment and PPE.
• Keep inventory of floor areas and scheduling cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Assist with hazardous waste collection as requested by the client.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to exceed objectives.
• Must have an eye for detail.
• Knowledge of safety rules and regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
