Job summary

Center Management Group in New York is seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to keep our facilities clean and safe. You will operate floor care machines to strip, scrub, and buff floors, ensuring surfaces are in excellent condition for residents and staff.

The role requires prior floor care experience and knowledge of chemicals and cleaners. We offer excellent health benefits, PTO vacation, a referral program, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience and knowledge of chemicals and cleaners.
• Experience with maintenance of floor care equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment throughout the center.
• Operate floor care equipment to strip, scrub, buff, and refinished floors; vacuum carpets.

Floor Tecnician:

• Responsibilities:The Floor Care Technician maintains a clean, sanitary environment. The Floor Care Technician strips, scrubs, sweeps, refinishes, and buffs all floor areas of the center, utilizing the proper equipment and procedures. They vacuum and spot clean all carpets throughout the center, and work effectively among patients, family members, and external and internal customers in a team environment.

  Qualifications:Previous floor care experience ,as well as, knowledge of chemicals, cleaners, application practices and maintenance of floor care equipment and supplies.
