Job summary

Bellhaven Center is seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join a team-oriented facility in Brookhaven. The role requires floor machine knowledge and experience in maintaining sanitary floors throughout the center. Salary is $22–$23 per hour with strong health benefits and PTO.

You will work closely with patients, families, and staff to ensure safety and quality in all flooring tasks, including stripping, scrubbing, refinishing, and carpet care. A positive, collaborative attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in floor care is required.
• Knowledge of floor chemicals and cleaning agents.
• Familiarity with floor care equipment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean, sanitary environment throughout the center.
• Strips, scrubs, sweeps, refinishes, and buffs all floor areas with proper equipment.
• Vacuums and spot cleans carpets; collaborates with patients, families, and staff.

Floor Tecnician:

• Responsibilities:The Floor Care Technician maintains a clean, sanitary environment. The Floor Care Technician strips, scrubs, sweeps, refinishes, and buffs all floor areas of the center, utilizing the proper equipment and procedures. They vacuum and spot clean all carpets throughout the center, and work effectively among patients, family members, and external and internal customers in a team environment.

  Qualifications:Previous floor care experience ,as well as, knowledge of chemicals, cleaners, application practices and maintenance of floor care equipment and supplies.
