Job summary

UF HEALTH FLAGLER HOSPITAL is seeking a Floor Technician for full-time, afternoon/evening shifts with a pay rate of $18.50 per hour. The role involves high-quality cleaning services to maintain a safe, healthy environment and may include training other staff.

Qualifications

• 12 months of related work experience preferred.
• Experience with floor care equipment and carpet/floor care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, polish, scrub, strip and refinish hard floors using heavy equipment.
• Vacuum, spot clean and extract carpeted floor surfaces.
• May clean furniture and empty trash, linen, and garbage containers.
• May wash walls and maintain baseboards and cove base molding.
• May assist in training other employees.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Location: UF HEALTH FLAGLER HOSPITAL - 34114002

Workdays/shifts: Afternoon/evenings - varying days, and rotating weekends. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $18.50 per hour - $18.50 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Floor Technician at Sodexo, you are a hygiene hero and planet protector. You will deliver a high-quality cleaning service to create a safe and healthy environment.

Responsibilities include:
