Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Floor Technician for a healthcare facility in Wisconsin. You will deliver high-quality cleaning to help create a safe, healthy environment and support infection control for patients and staff.

Responsibilities include floor care using heavy equipment, carpet care, and light housekeeping tasks. The role requires mornings and afternoons with rotating weekends, and offers full-time employment with a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• 12 months of related work experience preferred.
• Experience with floor care equipment and all phases of floor and carpet care preferred.
• Full-time employment and reliable attendance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, polish, scrub, strip and refinish hard-surface floors using heavy equipment.
• Vacuum, spot clean and extract carpeted floor surfaces.
• May clean furniture and empty trash, linen, and garbage containers.
• May wash walls and maintain baseboards and cove base molding.
• May assist in training other employees.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Location: SSM HEALTH ST. AGNES HOSPITAL - 57637003

Workdays/shifts: Mornings and afternoon/evenings - varying days, and rotating weekends. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $18.90 - $19.85

What You’ll Do:

As a Floor Technician at Sodexo, you are a hygiene hero and planet protector. You will deliver a high-quality cleaning service to create a safe and healthy environment.
