Job summary

Rockford Center in Newark, DE, is seeking an Environmental Services Worker/Housekeeper for a full-time position from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. You will maintain a clean, healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors and perform specialized floor care.

• Make beds correctly and remove and replace linens, placing in designated storage area for laundering.
• Maintain facility and furnishings in clean, orderly fashion, including dusting furniture, cleaning windows, keeping bathrooms clean and supplies replenished.

Rockford Center is searching for an experienced Environmental Services Worker/Housekeeper/Floor Tech for a full-time position from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Rockford is a 138-bed mental health facility located in Newark, DE, providing easy access to a full complement of inpatient and partial behavioral health programs for children and adolescents, adults, and older adults. Rockford is the only child inpatient behavioral health facility in DE, offers an experienced and tenured senior management team, and serves New Castle County and northern Maryland.

Position Summary: In this rewarding role, you will ensure the maintenance of a clean, healthy, and pleasant environment for patients, staff, and visitors, including specialized floor care and maintenance.
