WVUH West Virginia University Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services professional to clean and maintain floors across the campus. You will perform carpet cleaning, floor stripping and waxing, and safe chemical handling while moving furniture as needed.
Eligible candidates will work 3:00pm–11:30pm, 40 hours weekly, and be non-exempt. This role requires physical endurance and adherence to PPE guidelines in a hospital environment.

Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of all floors in the buildings of the WVU Medicine campus. Duties will include cleaning, dusting, mopping, burnishing, scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and waxing of floors. Cleaning and maintenance of carpets and rugs will also be performed. Moving of furniture before and after as needed to complete assignments. The mixing and using of chemicals as needed to perform assignment.
Works 3:00pm- 11:30pm Works every other weekend and rotates holidays.
