Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain and transform floors with our tools and methods. You\'ll perform daily floor care, carpet maintenance, and hard floor restoration to keep spaces sparkling.

Training is provided; a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are valued. Evening shifts (5pm–1am) may apply; drivers with clean records are welcome.

Qualifications

• Able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting 55 lbs.
• Willing to learn and train on equipment and floor types.
• Evening shift availability (5pm–1am).
• Prior floor tech experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Daily floor care: sweeping, mopping, polishing, vacuuming.
• Carpet maintenance: shampooing and spot cleaning.
• Hard floor restoration: stripping, scrubbing, refinishing, buffing, burnishing.
• Team support: moving furniture and managing supplies.

What You’ll Do:

As a valued ServiceMaster Clean Floor Technician, you’ll be trusted to maintain and transform floors into sparkling showcases. With ServiceMaster’s tools and methods, you’ll tackle:

• Daily Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming.
• Carpet Maintenance: Shampooing and spot cleaning.
• Hard Floor Restoration: Stripping, scrubbing, refinishing, buffing, burnishing.
• Team Support: Moving furniture and managing supplies.

Your work will make a difference, and we’ll provide the training to ensure you master every aspect of floor care, from operating equipment to identifying different flooring types.

What You’ll Need:

• A strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn.
• The ability to stand, walk, and lift 55 lbs. or more throughout your shift.
• Ability to work evening hours, typically from 5pm-1am throughout the week.
• Experience as a floor tech is a plus but not required—we can train you!
• A team-first attitude and flexibility to work at a fast pace.
• A clear driving record in the past 5 years and valid driver's license.
• A clear criminal history report.

The pay rate for the position is dependent on experience.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
