Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in La Grange, KY is seeking a Floor Technician to perform day-to-day Environmental Services in a healthcare setting. You will contribute to a clean, safe facility by handling floors, carpets, walls, and ceilings with attention to hygiene standards.

Ideal candidates have a High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of relevant experience. This role supports residents and team members within a compassionate, growth‑oriented workplace at Trilogy Health Services.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning floors to include sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etc.
• Ensuring that proper safety signs are set up prior to performing floor cleaning activities
• Clean carpets, to include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting
• Clean walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing, etc.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Floor Technician is primarily responsible to perform the day-to-day activities of the Environmental Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning floors to include, sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etc.
