Sodexo is hiring a Floor Technician for an on-site role at a St. Louis hospital location. The role requires performing floor and carpet care across patient areas, with heavy equipment for floors and routine cleaning tasks.

The position offers a full-time schedule with afternoon/evening shifts and potential weekends/holidays, plus comprehensive benefits. Previous floor-care experience is preferred, and reliability is essential.

• Sweep, mop, buff, polish, scrub, strip and refinish hard-surface floors using heavy equipment
• Vacuum, spot clean and extract carpeted floor surfaces

Floor Technician

Location: SSM HEALTH ST MARYS HOSPITAL - ST. LOUIS - 31444002

Workdays/shifts: Afternoon/evenings - varying days, and some weekends/holidays. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $18.90 - $19.85

What You’ll Do:

As a Floor Technician at Sodexo, you are a hygiene hero and planet protector. You will deliver a high-quality cleaning service to create a safe and healthy environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Sweep, mop, buff, polish, scrub, strip and refinish hard-surface floors using heavy equipment


• Vacuum, spot clean and extract carpeted floor surfaces


• May clean furniture and empty trash, linen, and garbage containers.
