Job summary

Floor Technician position with SBM Management Services, LP in Edwardsville, IL. You will perform floor care such as waxing, stripping, buffing, and routine maintenance of various flooring types.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care including waxing, stripping, buffing and maintenance of tile, carpet and brick flooring.
• Comply with safety rules and use protective equipment; report hazards.
• Work with team to complete assignments and fill in during staff shortages.
• Maintain clean work area and operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Follow procedures, policies, and rules and communicate professionally with supervisors and customers.

Title:Floor TechnicianJob Description:Job OverviewThe Floor Technician will be responsible for safely performing assigned floor care functions based on standards and procedures, performs environmental services as needed, and performs floor care such as waxing, stripping, buffing, and other contractual duties according to regulations.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
