Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Ohio seeks a Floor Technician to perform day-to-day Environmental Services duties at Triple Creek Retirement Community in Colerain Township. You will lead floor cleaning, carpet care, wall and ceiling cleaning, and follow current standards to maintain a safe, clean facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Cleaning floors to include sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etc.
• Ensuring that proper safety signs are set up prior to performing floor cleaning activities
• Clean carpets, to include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.
• Clean walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing, etc.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Floor Technician is primarily responsible to perform the day-to-day activities of the Environmental Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning floors to include, sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etc.
• Ensuring that proper safety signs are set up prior to performing floor cleaning activities
• Clean carpets, to include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.
• Clean walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing, etc.
