Responsibilities:

• Strip, wax, and buff VCT (Vinyl Composition Tile) floors.
• Operate floor machines such as buffers, auto scrubbers, and wet vacs.
• Handle cleaning chemicals properly and safely.
• Maintain and clean floor equipment regularly.
• Ensure job sites are left clean and presentable.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:

• Experience with floor care, especially VCT stripping and waxing.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods.
• Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Asheville.
• Available to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Positive attitude, punctual, and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
