Seattle Maintenance Services in Seattle, WA, is urgently seeking a highly skilled Floor Tech to join a dynamic cleaning team. You will perform floor maintenance including scrubbing, stripping, waxing and buffing, and ensure carpets and hard surfaces are pristine for corporate clients.

Starting pay is $23-$25 per hour, with benefits such as health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and a signing bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, and buffing, is essential.
• Availability for weekend and Monday–Friday shifts.
• Willingness to work night shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor maintenance tasks such as scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Clean carpets and hard surfaces effectively.
• Operate a manual radial machine with proficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas.
