Job summary

ServiceMaster of Seattle is seeking a Floor Care/Commercial Cleaning Technician to support our client sites from a Woodinville base. The role offers a full-time schedule with weekday evenings and weekend hours, and pays $24–$28 per hour, DOE, with a company van provided for site travel.

Candidates should be dependable, able to work independently, and maintain a flexible schedule. We provide all tools and supplies. Benefits include 401(k) with company matching, life insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in floor care (carpets, VCT, and other surfaces).
• Ability to operate or learn to use lifts (helpful but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care services including carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing, refinishing, and other surface treatments.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
• Complete general cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
• Ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
