National Maintenance Contractors L.L.C. is seeking a Floor Care/Waxer Technician in Spokane, WA to join our facility services team. This full-time permanent position offers a 5pm-1:30am Monday-Friday shift with 40 hours per week.

You will strip and wax tile, clean restrooms, take out trash, and perform carpet cleaning and extraction as core duties. The role requires must-have qualifications and a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to speak or understand English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Wear non-slip shoes during working hours.
