Job summary

SanStone Health & Rehabilitation in Elizabeth City, NC is seeking a Floor Tech to join our environmental services team, working with Housekeeping and Laundry to maintain a clean environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities include trash removal, sweeping and mopping, stripping and waxing floors, cross-training in housekeeping and laundry, assisting with resident room moves and discharge cleaning, and providing light maintenance in emergencies. Teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred
• Customer service oriented, ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, strong problem-solving skills, flexible and dependable

The Floor Tech works with the Housekeeping and Laundry team to provide a clean environment for all customers residing in and visiting our facility.
