Job summary

360clean-careers is seeking an experienced Floor Technician for weekend and evening project-based work at Roanoke, VA. The role focuses on maintaining floors through stripping, waxing, cleansing, and machine operation in a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of floor care experience and can reliably commute to Roanoke. You will handle buffers and extractors, ensuring high cleanliness standards while adhering to safety protocols.

Floor Technician (Weekly Position)

Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience and job type)

Location: Roanoke, VA and surrounding areas

We’re seeking an experienced Floor Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone skilled in specialty floor care who’s looking for flexible, project-based work that typically takes place on weekends or during evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform strip and wax, top scrub and recoat, and carpet cleaning services
• Run drivable floor machine
• Operate a variety of equipment, including buffers, burnishers, extractors, and auto scrubbers
• Ensure floors are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and appearance
• Follow all safety protocols and properly maintain equipment and supplies

Requirements

• Availability for as-needed evening and weekend work
