Job summary

ABM US seeks a reliable Janitorial Lead and Floor Tech to maintain carpet and hard surface floors in Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. The role requires open shift availability and leadership experience. Pay is $25.00 hourly, with weekly pay on Fridays, and includes ABM's benefits package.

This position is suitable for someone starting in the workforce or returning with limited experience. Veterans are encouraged to apply; military codes 92S, 92Y, LS, DC are recognized.

Qualifications

• Experience leading janitorial teams or shifts.
• Experience using floor care machines and tools.
• Janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead janitorial team and ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Operate and supervise use of floor care machines.
• Coordinate shifts and maintain supplies.
